Robber Hits Chase Bank In Lyndhurst, FBI Asks Public For Help [Photos]

Investigators released surveillance photos from the robbery this week, hoping someone would recognize the suspect.

LYNDHURST, OH — The FBI needs help finding a man who robbed a Chase Bank in Lyndhurst on Wednesday.

The robbery happened at the Chase at 5332 Mayfield Road at 1:30 p.m. The unidentified man walked into the bank, handed a teller a note demanding cash, got the money, and then ran out of the bank going south. He was last seen on Winchester Road, the FBI said.

The FBI did not disclose how much money the man stole from the bank.

The suspect was approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and 230 pounds. During the robbery, he wore a beige Lacoste hooded sweatshirt, an olive green or brown face mask, a black book bag, and black pants, the FBI said.
