iPhone taken from nursing home resident

A resident of the Montefiore Home on Cedar Road reported his iPhone and iPhone charger were taken from his room sometime between Sunday night June 30 and Monday night July 1, according to Beachwood Police.

Missing children's clothing store deposit

Management at The Children’s Place in Beachwood Place reported on Monday that a March 2013 deposit of 1,062 was missing. They believe the deposit disappeared on March 27, 2013, but did not report it until July 1.

Thief must have looked and smelled bad

A woman was arrested for theft after trying to shoplift eye gel, make up and an air freshener from Sephora at 3:45 p.m. Monday July 1. No dollar value was given for the items taken.
