Woman robbed of $6,000 cash

Thursday, March 14 10 a.m. — A woman reported that Feb. 25 someone robbed her of $6,000 cash. The woman said that she drove with a friend and another person to a Beachwood car dealership to purchase a car. Her friend had told her to bring cash for the down payment, she said. The second man, who the woman did not know, told her that he had a gun and demanded the cash. There were no injuries and no one has been charged for the robbery.

Crack pipe found

Friday, March 15, 2:50 p.m. — Police report that they found a crack pipe on Richmond Road.

Men charged with shoplifting fragrance

Sunday, March 17, 4:58 p.m. — Police arrested to men and charged them with shoplifting four bottles of fragrance, all valued at $362, from Sephora at the Beachwood Place Mall.
