• Three-Vehicle crash sends one to hospital (peakofohio.com) — A three-vehicle crash on South Main Street in Bellefontaine Sunday night sent one local driver to Mary Rutan Hospital and left two vehicles heavily damaged. Police say a Belle Center woman driving in an emergency response capacity ran a red light, striking another car and pushing it into a pickup before being cited.
   

• Ice and curves combine in series of crashes (peakofohio.com) — A Bellefontaine man was cited after his car slid on ice and rear-ended another vehicle at Township Road 179 and County Road 10, sending the other driver to Mary Rutan Hospital with possible injuries. Deputies also responded to two additional weather-related crashes in Logan County Monday afternoon, underscoring how slick curves and rural roads have become in the freezing conditions.
