Burger Fresh Opens in Brecksville
The owner of Austin's Wood Fire Grille opens the "quick-service" restaurant in the 600-square-foot space next door.

Customers streamed in to try the new eatery, which focuses on high-quality, low-cost burgers.

Some dined at outside on the patio āĀ shared with Austinās ā to enjoy the warm weather.
Burger Fresh also shares a prep kitchen with Austinās.
The concept is a new one to Brecksville: Customers order their burgers before moving down the line to customize their fresh toppings.Ā
These arenāt your typical burgers.
āThe products are all fresh,ā said Burger Fresh owner Dan Campbell. āThe burgers are ground fresh every day and hand-patted here.
āThe public demands a high-quality burger.ā
In addition, the 600-square-foot restaurant offers black bean/vegetarian burgers.
There are more than 20 toppings ā think four kinds of cheese and several varieties of lettuce.
For dessert, Burger Fresh also offers fresh custard (and milkshakes).
Campbell has been planning the concept for about two years.Ā The Brecksville location is the first, but more are planned to open in the Cleveland-area soon, he said.
A grand opening at the Brecksville location is expected within the next several weeks.
