Fugitive Wanted for Felony Charges of Kidnapping and Assault

Ramal Hammond is wanted for felony offenses stemming from three different cases that happened in 2011. 

Hammond is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office for carrying a concealed weapon, weapons under disability, two counts of trafficking, drug possession, two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of felonious assault and two counts of kidnapping. 

Hammond is a 25 year old black male standing approximately 6’03” and weighing 190 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  Hammond is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland. He also has a previous address near the 900 block of E. 78 St. in Cleveland.
