How to Blog on the New Patch Platform
Have something to say about what's going on in the world? Start a blog on Patch!

Blogging on Patch is the easiest way to keep your neighbors in the know, share your opinion or even tell us what's happening in your small business.
With the new Patch platform, blogs are automatically featured front-and-center on the Brecksville Patch homepage. As soon as you post, the community can join your discussion. How cool is that?
We encourage bloggers to post about life, school, hot-button issues, pets and more. The topics are endless!
After your blog is live, feel free to promote it on your Facebook and Twitter account. We'll share your post with the community in our daily newsletter.
The posts of our most popular, active bloggers will be featured in the āWhoās Bloggingā box!Ā
Some other Patch blog features: bloggers can now edit their own posts (big change!)Ā and moderate their own comments. (āModerateā just means you can immediately delete comments that make personal attacks or use foul language.)
