Peppermill to Open Under New Owners Wednesday Night
The doors will open at 6 p.m. with free food and live music.

The will open its doors under new ownership Wednesday night. Itās just the first night, but there are at least two reasons residents might want to stop by: free food and live music.
Ken Pece, one of the new owners, said the doors will open at 6 p.m. on Wednesday and there will be a jam session like the Peppermill has traditionally hosted in the past. Chef Joe Truscello said there will be complimentary food for guests to try on Wednesday, and the full kitchen should be ready by Friday.
Wednesday night will just be a soft opening, and there will be changes ahead, like a remodel and an updated menu with Italian-American food, for the restaurant, Pece said.
The on Aug. 25 after former owner Gus Gallucci announced that he was leaving the restaurant. Pece, Truscello and Mike Dublo are the new owners.
