• PUBLIC NOTICE: Sheldon Road Bridge Replacement Project (middleburgheights.com) — Brook Park residents should prepare for a full replacement of the Sheldon Road Bridge over Abram Creek, a project jointly led by Brook Park, Middleburg Heights, and regional agencies. Construction is expected to start in fall 2026, temporarily closing Sheldon Road with a signed detour while maintaining local access. Neighbors can submit comments or questions about environmental and traffic impacts through January 2, 2026.
