Here are the top three stories in Cincinnati today:
- An 87-year-old previously reported as missing has been found safe days later. Henry Parker had been missing since Saturday night after walking away from his home. Members of the Cincinnati Fire Department, Red Cross, Hamilton Search and Rescue, as well as volunteers, helped with the search. Parker was found by family members on Wednesday in a heavily wooded backyard. (WLWT Cincinnati)
- Hamilton County R3Source has launched a "Wasted Food Stops With Us" program to repurpose food that would be thrown away. Through the program, the agency offers free, balanced meals as well as personal care items. Participants are also instructed on how to store their food so it lasts longer and how to shop with a list to prevent overbuying food that ends up being wasted. (WCPO 9 Cincinnati)
- Cincinnati police are investigating after woman was struck by a car in Clifton. Around 1:45 a.m. on Wednesday morning, police found a 21-year-old woman with serious injuries. Authorities say the driver of the vehicle fled the scene and they are currently seeking information.(WLWT Cincinnati)
