  1. A film starring Cincinnati's Kiki Layne is beginning production in Cincinnati this week. "Dandelion" stars Layne as a Cincinnati singer-songwriter. Nicole Riegel is directing the film. The movie will likely release next year. This is the third film to begin production in the city in the last few weeks. (WLWT Cincinnati)
  2. Halloween is over but the amount of candy wrappers continues to grow. Cincinnati residents can recycle candy wrappers at Madisonville's Fill More Waste Less shop through its Trick or Trash box program. The program is through Rubicon Technologies.   3. Cincinnati's average gas price is on the decline. The average price for gas is currently $3.37 in Cincinnati. It has fallen by about 7.7 cents compared to last week.
