- A Hamilton county judge has placed a permanent restraining order on Ohio's ‘Heartbeat Law.' The order allows abortions up to 20 weeks to continue in Ohio while the state constitutional challenge proceeds. The injunction came after a day-long hearing. (WFIN)
- A woman's iPhone alerted police she was in a 'severe crash' and was 'not responding' while on a rollercoaster outside of Cincinnati last month. Sarah White, 39, was on the Mystic Timbers rollercoaster at Kings Island when her iPhone's car-crash detection feature went off detecting sudden acceleration and braking. White's detection was the sixth the Warren County Communications Center had received as a 911 call from the amusement park since the release of the iPhone 14 was released in September. (Daily Mail)
- The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kyle James, 31, after he hit a Cheviot police officer with a stolen car on Sunday. James crashed the stolen vehicle into the woods and took off when he was apprehended by K-9 officers who tracked him in a wooded area off Kleeman Road. He is charged with felony fleeing and eluding police and felonious assault, among other charges. (FOX19)
