- The LifeCenter Organ Donor Network is looking for living donors, especially for local Charles Farley. Although Farley received a kidney years ago, that kidney is shutting down from a rare virus. Farley's friends and coworkers at a Tri-State YMCA are also joining the charge to find a kidney donor for Farley. (WKRC TV Cincinnati)
- A 38-year-old Cincinnati man has been charged with forcing a minor to perform sexual acts. On Sep. 10, a 15-year-old girl disclosed to police that she was forced to perform oral sex on an adult man. 38-year-old Thomas Gebreab, an acquaintance of the victim's mother, allegedly assaulted the victim while they were alone in her backyard. (WLWT Cincinnati)
- Scammers are threatening to shut off essential utilities without payment. One of the latest victims, Denise Banks, received a call saying she had not paid her water bill, even though she was sure she had. The caller demanded she pay $235 via Zelle to keep the water on. The scammers were able to refer to Banks by name. (WCPO 9 Cincinnati)
