Circleville Residents Voice Support, Concerns at Public Hearing on Rezoning for New Parks (sciotopost.com) — Circleville officials are moving ahead with rezoning two large properties into passive recreation parks, following a public hearing where residents backed the idea but pressed for answers on flooding, parking, and privacy. The 47 acres on North Pickaway and North Court streets would add trails and green space, with final plans and rezoning decisions expected in early 2026.

Deputies say the SUV rolled multiple times after leaving the roadway, ejecting two occupants and trapping another.
