U.S. Marshals Looking for Man Who Robbed High School Student at Gunpoint
Marvin Mitchell is the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force's fugitive of the week.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for informationΒ
which would lead to the capture of fugitive Marvin Mitchell.
Mitchell is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Lakewood Police Department forΒ
aggravated robbery. Mitchell is also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriffβs Office for escapeΒ and the Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation.
Mitchell is accused ofΒ attempting to rob a high school studentΒ in Lakewood, with three other males,Β whoΒ was walking home.Mitchell pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded money and hisΒ cell phone.
When the victim refused, Mitchell beat him with the gun. The victim threw his cellΒ phone to the ground. After Mitchell grabbed the phone, he and the other three males fled on bicycles.Β
Three of the four were caught a short time later but Mitchell remains at large.Β
Authorities believeΒ Mitchell was shot a few weeks ago and may be injured.Β
Mitchell is a 23-year-old black male standing approximately 5-feet, 10-inches and weighing 215Β pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Mitchell frequents the east side of Cleveland andΒ East Cleveland. He is known to hang out on Euclid Avenue between Shaw and Noble. He also has aΒ
previous address near the 16000 block of Elderwood Avenue in Cleveland.
