The case centers on accusations dating back to 2017, when he coached in the Girard Youth Baseball Association, and he remains jailed while attorneys prepare for opening statements.

Local organizers say the effort honors both older World War I graves and newer burials, and residents can still purchase wreaths into January while next year’s ceremony is already scheduled.
