• Ohio Lottery ticket wins $25K a year for life: Check your numbers (fox8.com) — A Lucky for Life ticket worth $25,000 a year for life, or a $390,000 lump sum, was sold at Discount Tobacco Shop in Heath for the Dec. 14 drawing. If you bought a ticket there, check for numbers 8-23-32-33-34 with Lucky Ball 15. The winner has limited time to choose a payout option and claim the prize.
