Around the Patch: Walkable Cities, Lost Boy and the All-Kids Carnival

Cleveland Heights came in second as one of the most-walkable cities in Ohio. First place went to Lakewood, which also has a Patch!

Here's a knee-slapper about a drunk woman who tried to steal an inflatible turtle from a bargain store.

An 18-month-old boy wandered from his yard Tuesday and made his way to busy Detroit Road. Officers went door to door with a Polaroid of the boy before finding his parents. He is home safe.

These poor cats were found taped inside a cardboard box. They're in a better place now, but sheesh.
