Building Permits: Edwards Communities Starts on Condos
All information is according to the Kent Community Development Department
Columbus developer Edwards Communities Development has the go-ahead from Kent's building department to start construction on several condos as part of the student apartment complex.
The developer is building seven different condo-style residences on the west side of South Lincoln Street as part of the 596-bed complex, which will mostly occupy land east of South Lincoln Street.
The houses, each with an estimated $50,000 construction cost, will be a mix of single unit and two-unit buildings.
