Phone lines are down today at PARTA, which encourages customers of the transit agency to call to schedule rides.
Customers can call 330-677-3244 to schedule a ride on a PARTA bus.
It's unclear when the phone issues will be resolved but PARTA is working with its provider, AT&T, to resolve the issue.
