The aggravated burglary charge is connected to the Sept. 3 incidents. Prosecutors claim Levy trespassed at a house on South Lincoln Street by "force stealth or deception ... with purpose to commit therein a criminal offense," according to the indictment.

The alleged rape took place at 210 E. College Ave.

Levy has previously been convicted on sexual imposition charges and is listed as a registered sex offender on the Portage County Sheriff's Office website.

The Akron native told police he works as a cashier at Kent's near the campus. He is not registered as a student at Kent State, according to the university.
