Beck Center Cancels Performances Of 'Elf' Due To COVID-19
Two performances of "Elf the Musical" are canceled due to the surge in COVID-19 cases.

LAKEWOOD, OH β Due to COVID-19 concerns, the Beck Center is canceling two performances of "Elf the Musical."
The shows on Wednesday and Thursday will be canceled. However, Beck Center officials believe they'll be able to run all other shows.
"If a patron purchased Elf the Musical theater tickets directly from Beck Center for the Artsβ Customer Service (in-person, phone, or online), they need take no action, and will receive a full refund, including handling fees. Credit card refunds will appear on their account within seven-10 business days," the Beck Center said in a statement.

Tickets are still available for the New Year's Eve and Jan. 2 performances of "Elf the Musical."
Cuyahoga County now has one of the highest rates of COVID-19 spread in the nation, with 199 cases per 100,000 residents, the New York Times reported this week.
