COVID-19 Vaccine Proof Now Needed At Lakewood Bar
A Lakewood bar is requiring guests to show their COVID-19 vaccination status.

LAKEWOOD, OH — If you want to enjoy one of LBM's tasty cocktails, you'll need to prove you're vaccinated.
All guests dining indoors at the bar will need to prove they're vaccinated or show a negative test from the past 72 hours to get service.
"Anyone without proof can dine outdoors on our patio weather permitting or get their food and drinks to go. Acceptable proof of vaccination includes the original vaccination card, a copy of it, or a picture like your Instagram selfie with it," LBM said on Facebook.
