Dead Body Found At Lakewood Park Identified By Medical Examiner

LAKEWOOD, OH — A dead body found along the shoreline of Lakewood Park has been identified, police announced.

Nathaniel C. Henderson, 45, from Rocky River, was found dead on Monday. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner announced Henderson's identity on Tuesday. Fingerprints were used to identify his body.

"Family members have been notified of his passing, and the Lakewood Police Department sends their condolences to Mr. Henderson’s family," a Lakewood police spokesperson said in an emailed statement.

Henderson's death is still under investigation, but foul play is not suspected, police said. Additional details of his death will be released as they develop, the police spokesperson said.
