UPDATED With Activities and Booth Map: Fitness Fits Everyone Will Turn Lakewood Park into a Giant Playground on Sept. 24

On Saturday, September 24th the 7th Annual Fitness Fits Everyone will turn Lakewood Park (13500 Lake Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio) into a large playground. The event will feature hundreds of energizing activities for kids and families to have fun and play while also learning a bit about healthy living. Fitness Fits Everyone takes place from 1 - 5pm and will be attended by 3000+ guests including 50+ national and local participating organizations, exhibitors and sponsors.

Organizations in the past have included the Cleveland CAVS, Cleveland Browns, the American Heart Association, Skyzone, Cleveland Clinic, Lakewood YMCA and many more.

The park is divided into activity stations (exhibitor booths) where each location provides an opportunity to engage children and their families in healthy activities while promoting your organization. We encourage exhibiting companies to provide some form of activity,demonstration or game to engage those in attendance while promoting your organization.

The event gives people an opportunity to have fun, learn about healthy living, and see local and national organizations that are a great resource for a heart‐healthy lifestyle.

Companies and organizations that are not based on health related (example: bank) are also encouraged and welcome to join the fun while promoting your business.

Fitness Fits Everyone is a festival-style, heart-healthy and activity-based event that is just one way Jordan's Family Foundation is fighting childhood obesity, which can lead to heart disease.
