Fitness Fits Everyone Will Turn Lakewood Park into a Huge Playground this Weekend

On Saturday, September 24th the 7th Annual Fitness Fits Everyone will turn Lakewood Park into a large playground and feature hundreds of energizing activities for kids and families to have fun and play while also learning a bit about healthy living. The event will take place from 1 - 5pm.

Also, this year marks the 1st Superhero Family Fun Run presented by Lakewood Board of Recreation.

Last year's Fitness Fits Everyone was attended by 3500+ guests with over 55 national and local organizations including the Cleveland CAVS, the American Heart Association, Skyzone, Lakewood YMCA and many others.

The event gives children and families an opportunity to have fun, learn about healthy living, and see local and national organizations that are a great resource for a heart-healthy lifestyle.

Fitness Fits Everyone is a festival-style, heart-healthy and activity-based event that is just one way Jordan's Family Foundation is fighting childhood obesity, which in turn, can lead to heart disease.
