Lakewood High Football Update: Next Game, Ranking

LAKEWOOD, OH — The Lakewood Rangers are the No. 12 team in Division II, Region 6 in the latest OHSAA football rankings.

The Rangers are currently 5-3 and 4-2 in conference play. However, they lost their last game against Buckeye High, 17-0.

Lakewood will go on the road to play Valley Forge High this week. Valley Forge is 5-2 this year and ranked No. 14 in the region.

The top 16 teams in each region in the final report qualify for the playoffs. The final report is issued Oct. 24.
