Lakewood High School Begins Search for New Head Football Coach
Lakewood is looking to fill Head and Assistant Varsity football coach vacancies.

LAKEWOOD, OH — The Lakewood varsity football team had a tough season, the Rangers did not win a game this year. Now, the Rangers are searching for new coaches.
Earlier today, the Lakewood Football Reports Facebook page posted a link to a job posting fill Head and Assistant Varsity football coach vacancies:
It appears that now former head football coach, Mike Ribar has plans to focus on the Ranger baseball team.

Lakewood Athletic Director Sean Jackson had this to say about Coach Ribar stepping down from the Head Football Coaching position:
"We thank Coach Ribar for the passion he brought to our football program as a Lakewood High alumni and we wish him well as he continues to lead our Ranger baseball program."
The Board accepted his resignation at its meeting last night.

Ribar's overall record with the football team was 3-27 in three seasons.
