  1. Need some ideas on what to do during the last weekend of 2022? Luckily, Cleveland and the surrounding areas are packed with fun events and activities. Adults can enjoy elegant New Years Eve events, from wine tastings to champagne toasts to multi-course meals. And for kids, there's a chance to see "Elf: The Musical" tonight (Dec. 29) right here in Lakewood! This list has a complete selection of options. (Cleveland Scene)
  2. Mayor Megan George has announced several new projects planned for Lakewood Park. Additional access will be provided to the lakefront. The biggest project planned for the park actually began in the summer of 2022. The massive renovation of the Charles A. Foster Pool has been a major priority for the city, and officials believe it should be completed sometime this year. (cleveland.com)
  3. A Lakewood-based company is hoping to help you get healthy in 2023. Better Than Good Snacks offers convenience snacks that are actually good for you. There are four versions of their popular puffed treat: chocolate, cinnamon roll, caramel, and jalapeño cheddar. Besides tasting great, the snacks are GMO-free, soy-free, nut-free, and gluten-free.
