If you happen to encouter this message while you are trying to register your participant for a league based activity, it means the physical we have on file for your participant has expired. Â

When physicals are submitted to the Recreation Department they are uploaded to each individual participants account as a "membership". One year from the date of when the physical was performed is entered as when the membership ends.Â
Example:Â Date of exam 01.01.2021, expiration date 01.01.2022.

This helps ensure that all participants meet the districts policy of having a current physical at the time of registration. We are in the process to updatae our software so that it will eventually state "physical has expired" instead of membership.
