  1. Due to the lettuce shortage, many restaurants in northeast Ohio are taking salads and other dishes with lettuce off the menu. Angelo's Pizza in Lakewood posted on its social media, "Due to poor quality, we will not be selling any salad at this time." (WJW FOX 8 News Cleveland)
  2. The Lakewood Charitable Assistance Corp., a nonprofit organization, has provided holiday food baskets for hundreds of Lakewood families and senior citizens for over 30 years. Food and monetary donations for the holiday baskets are accepted through Dec. 12. (Cleveland.com)

  • Congratulations to Lakewood High School seniors Bee Rohrs and Lila Wright! Their art was selected for Otterbein University's 4th Annual Juried Art Exhibit.   • Lakewood Community Services Center, Three Arches Foundation, and the City of Lakewood Department of Human Services present an exciting new program called A La Cart! The series kicks off on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 2:00 p.m. with Matt Fish, chef/owner of Melt Bar and Grilled, preparing his famous Roasted Garlic Tomato Soup at the Cove Community Center.
