Here are the top three stories in Lakewood today:

1. Lakewood's Ben Roebuck is a possible commit to the Michigan University football team. The St. Edward High School student is a six-foot, seven-inches, 320-pound offensive tackler. Roebuck is reportedly the No. 27 offensive tackle and the No. 15 player in the state. (Yardbarker)
2. Lakewood University, a top online-learning university in the country based out of nearby Cleveland Heights, offers undergraduate degrees and certifications for those interested in the legal fraternity. A representative from the university shared in a statement, "Lakewood University is making legal education more accessible at various stages and forms, allowing students to explore different career options and job opportunities in the legal fraternity." The fully online university is a fully accredited nonprofit school. (Digital Journal)
3. Lakewood's India Garden is a small eatery on Detroit Avenue that is easy to miss but leaves a line out the door waiting to get in. A beloved go-to location for those in the Cleveland metro area, India Garden got its start in Westlake decades ago. Though it may be small on the outside, there is spacious dining inside where they've been serving authentic Northwest Indian food to the Lakewood community since 2005. (Only In Your State)
