- LakewoodAlive's annual Light Up Lakewood event is on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in downtown Lakewood. The festivities include music, food trucks, caroling, live ice carvings, a parade, a lighting ceremony, games, a beer garden, a holiday train, fireworks, and more. - Beginning Dec. 9, Fat Head's Brewery's "A Special Wish Ale," which raises money for A Special Wish Northeast Ohio, will be available for a limited time in multiple Lakewood locations.
