Here are the top three stories today in Lakewood:

1. The Lakewood Police Department is investigating a "surf-n-turf" theft that occurred on Oct. 25. A delivery truck driver called the Lakewood Police Department around 9:00 a.m. after two men stole two cases of lobster tails and one case of steaks from the truck while the driver was making a delivery to Pier W restaurant. According to the police report, the suspects left in an unknown direction in a gray Cadillac. (Cleveland.com)
2. A new anime store will be opening in Lakewood soon. Doki Doki will open in the next several months and sell manga, kawaii, and anime products. The store will be located at 13731 Madison Avenue, next to Dang Good Foods. (Biz Journals)
3. Friday, Nov. 11, is the City of Lakewood's annual Veterans Day Ceremony. During the event, the community can pay tribute to the men and women who served in the armed forces. The ceremony will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial in Lakewood Park, 14532 Lake Avenue. (City of Lakewood)
