Meet Lakewood's New Varsity Football Coach Friday Night
The Lakewood Rangers have a new varsity football, and you can meet him on Friday night.

LAKEWOOD, OH β Lakewood's school board has approved Tom Hannan to be the next varsity football coach for the Rangers. There will be a "meet & greet" Friday at 6 p.m. in the Civic Auditorium to welcome Hannan, and everyone is welcome to attend.
The Lakewood Rangers began their search for a new football coach last November when Mike Ribar resigned from the position to focus exclusively on the Ranger baseball program. It was a challenging season for the football Rangers, who did not win any games in 2016.
Hannan recently held a position as assistant head coach with Garrettsvilleβs James A. Garfield High School. He is also a licensed physical education teacher.
