Melt's Grilled Cheese Empire Continues to Grow
Melt Bar and Grilled owner, Matt Fish is spreading his love for grilled cheese all over Ohio.
DAYTON, OH — Matt Fish opened the first Melt Bar and Grilled in Lakewood, Ohio about 10 years ago in the former White Door Saloon. Since that time, Melt Bar and Grilled has opened 7 locations, 2 satellite locations and and eighth restaurant is slated to open in Dayton in the summer of 2017.
The newest Melt location will be located at The Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, Ohio, just east of Dayton off I-70 & I-675.
The all-new 5,000 square-foot location is being built from the ground up and will be located near the main entrance of the mall.

An official grand opening date will be announced on the Melt Bar and Grilled website and social media once it is confirmed.
A hiring fair will be held at the new location in early 2017.
