  1. Lakewood police are investigating multiple vehicle thefts and attempted theft occurring on Jan. 16 and Jan. 18. A vehicle was stolen from a driveway on Wyandotte Avenue, and another car was reported missing from North Lane Drive. The attempted theft happened on Brockley Avenue between Clifton Boulevard and Detroit Avenue when a man dressed in black with a black mask tried to break into a blue Kia.   2. Cleveland's shared scooter program curfew has been extended until 11 p.m., while Lakewood ended its scooter pilot program as planned.
