Here are the top three stories in Lakewood today:

1. Lakewood police are investigating multiple vehicle thefts and attempted theft occurring on Jan. 16 and Jan. 18. A vehicle was stolen from a driveway on Wyandotte Avenue, and another car was reported missing from North Lane Drive. The attempted theft happened on Brockley Avenue between Clifton Boulevard and Detroit Avenue when a man dressed in black with a black mask tried to break into a blue Kia. 2. Cleveland's shared scooter program curfew has been extended until 11 p.m., while Lakewood ended its scooter pilot program as planned. 3. Lakewood St. Edward's offensive tackle Ben Roebuck said Peen State was a "top school for him." Roebuck had a good time at Penn State, and the school is now a serious option for the football player. (247Sports)
