Several Charges For Men After Drunken Driving Crash
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lakewood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Drunken driving, crash
A man was arrested on a few charges after he struck a pole and the “walk” sign attached to it, then driving away from the scene in the 1500 block of Ridgewood Avenue at around 5 a.m. Aug. 26. He was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, hit-skip and failure to control. Another man was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business.

A woman wearing only a pink robe while walking along Franklin Boulevard at around 4:40 a.m. Aug. 24 was charged with alcohol sales to minors.

A man told police that another man punched him in the face at the at around 2:20 a.m. The suspect got away on foot.

A man faces a few charges after was caught going though cars and stealing items from them on Cranford Avenue at around 5 a.m. Aug. 25. He was charged with trespassing, petty theft and disorderly conduct.
Asleep at the wheel
Two men were charged with disorderly conduct after they were caught sleeping in the parking lot on Sloane Avenue at around 7 p.m. Aug. 25.
Disorderly conduct
The security guard at the and a customer got into a physical altercation when the guard tried to have the man removed from the bar at around 1:30 a.m. Aug. 26. The man was charged with disorderly conduct.
