🌱 Various Missing Vehicle Calls + Lakewood Fit Stop Car Seat Event

Here are the top three stories in Lakewood today:

1. Lakewood City Schools Community Recreation and Education Department has asked the community to participate in a survey. The survey will help determine future youth and adult program offerings in Lakewood. Survey submissions are anonymous. The deadline to participate is Friday, Nov. 4. Click for the survey. 2. The Lakewood Police Department responded to various missing vehicle calls from Oct. 13 through Oct. 15. The calls were for vehicles on Cohassett Avenue, Lake Avenue, Northwood Avenue, Clifton Boulevard, and Alameda Avenue. One of the vehicles had its keys in it at the time of the incident. The vehicles were stolen from parking lots, parking garages, and street parking. It is unclear if the vehicle thefts are connected. (Subscription: cleveland.com)
3. The City of Lakewood Fire Department will be hosting another Fit Stop Car Seat event on Sunday, Nov. 13. This free event will have department personnel checking child safety seats for proper installation. The event will be from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Lakewood Fire Station No. 1. (City of Lakewood)
