• James L. Shumaker - Logan-Hocking Times (loganhockingtimes.org) — Lancaster readers should know that Fairfield Medical Center was where 84-year-old James “Jim” L. Shumaker of Logan passed away on Dec. 8. The longtime contractor and carpenter was remembered for his craftsmanship, love of horses, athletic spirit, and deep devotion to his large, close-knit family. A private memorial will be held later.
