• Wrestling roundup: Mayfield wins annual Riverside Rumble (news-herald.com) — Mayfield High’s youthful wrestling squad just dominated the tradition-rich Riverside Rumble, piling up 230 team points and crowning four individual champions to easily outpace Brecksville and Riverside. Coach Dwight Fritz praised standout sophomore Dom Moses at 157 pounds, while several other area wrestlers, including Geneva, Brush, Madison and Perry athletes, also brought home titles or strong finishes.
