Couple Accused Of Stealing Watches From Kohl's
He is accused of stealing her a watch on her 23rd birthday

A security guard spotted a man and woman taking watches from the Monday afternoon, according to the Mentor Police Facebook page.
When the guard tried to stop them, they ran away.
However, police officers were called to the area and they found Robert Kreischer and Noel Cocchi in the Arby's drive-thru across the street.

Kreischer, 26, was charged with petty theft; Cocchi, 23, with receiving stolen property.
Cocchi, who lives in Painesville, was arrested on her 23rd birthday. She was previously convicted of aggravated theft in 2011 in Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas.

Both suspects pleaded not guilty during their hearing Tuesday in . Their next hearing is scheduled for Monday.
Kreischer's current address is in Lakewood but he used to live in Lake County.
He has five convictions of theft in Lake County alone. He was most recently convicted in 2011 in Mentor Municipal Court. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and another 150 days for violating his probation.
He was also convicted in 2007 in Mentor Municipal Court, 2006 and 2009 in Willoughby Municipal Court and 2010 in Painesville Municipal Court.
