First Major Snow Storm Of The Season Is Coming
Meteorologists predict six to 12 inches of snow

It turns out that, instead of predicting an apocalypse, the Mayans were calling for snow.
The first major winter storm of the season is expected to begin Thursday night and continue through Saturday evening, according to the National Weather Service.
Meteorologists are predicting between six and 12 inches of snow for Northeast Ohio. Northwest Pennsylvania is expected to have it even worse -- 12 to 15 inches.

The NWS said the snow will be accompanied by winds between 20 and 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
The temperature is not expected to drop too drastically with the highs staying in the mid 30s.

The winter storm warning is scheduled to expire 7 p.m. Saturday.
