How I Spent My Winter Break

Enjoy these photos from Local Editor Jason Lea's trip to Iguazu Falls and Buenos Aires

Greetings to the wonderful readers of Mentor Patch.

You may have noticed that I have been gone for the last two weeks. (Thanks, by the way, to Peter Strozniak for keeping the site humming in my absence.)

Rumors of a mental sabbatical were greatly exaggerated. (I kid.) In actuality, I took a vacation to Iguaza Falls and Buenos Aires in Argentina, as well as a quick detour to Disney World.

I had a chance to see the country's museums and gardens, enjoy its eateries and parks, and practice my Spanish. (I also got pickpocketed on a subway. True story.)

I hope you enjoy these photos and accept them as my apology for abandoning you. But I'm back now, baby. And I missed you all.
