Inspection Reports: Mentor Area Restaurants & Stores With The Most Violations in April
Here are some restaurants and stores where inspectors found three or more violations

Just a handful of eateries, grocers and other food providers received three or more violations during April inspections by the Lake County General Health District.Â
The majority of the visits were "standard" inspections, unlike March, when the district visited some Mentor businesses following specific customer complaints. It was a pretty clean month for Mentor, as most of the food providers that had multiple violations last month are in Mentor-on-the-Lake.
As always, the district advises that violations are neither an indicator of historical cleanliness or success. Some of the biggest names in food service receive violations. It's the response to the violation that matters most, county district Director of Environmental Health Nancy Niehus said. In many cases, businesses correct a violation at the time of the inspection. If not, they might receive a follow-up visit in the coming weeks.
