Lake Humane Society Offering Black Friday Special

The doesn't want any of its animals to spend Christmas in the shelter, so it is offering a very special Black Friday special.

From Friday through Sunday, any animal that would usually cost more than $25 to adopt is 50 percent off.

This discount can be paired with a special the shelter is running during . This whole month, senior dogs are just $50 and senior cats are only $20. But if you adopt a senior dog this weekend, it will only cost you $25. (There's also an additional $15.75 charge for a dog license.)

That means you can get a for only $20 or for $25.

"We are having this Adoption Special in hopes of helping our animals find homes before Christmas," said Mandy Osborne of the Lake Humane Society.
