Mentor Man Dies In Rollover Crash On Tyler Boulevard

Mentor Police were called to the 8100 block of Tyler Boulevard Saturday morning for a one-car crash.

A 1997 Dodge pickup with a plow attached had been driving east when it went off the south side of the road, flipped over and landed on the concrete culvert, according to police.

The driver of the truck -- and its only occupant -- was dead by the time police and paramedics arrived.

The driver was a 62-year-old Peter Formica of Mentor.

Police are still investigating what caused the crash.
