My "ideal" plans have changed since we've had kids. We used to go on romantic dates (dinner, the beach, something like that) but now we don't... no time and no money for such frivolities!
My husband usually makes chocolate-covered strawberries and bananas (they are the BEST) for me and the kids help him. It's fun and delicious.

I am not a big Valentine's Day fan. But if my husband really wanted to celebrate just going out to dinner and having someone else cook and clean up is just fine with me.
