Here's proof: nationwide, Patch editors and freelancers have created 1 million articles. We hit that milestone just last month. That's 1 million stories about local news in towns big and small across the U.S. written in the last 30 months since Patch first launched.

That includes more than 1,600 stories on Mentor Patch in fewer than nine months.
