Police Arrest Man Accused of Using Heroin in K-Mart Restroom
Police said Kevin Walsh also had syringes, a spoon and prescription pills.

Mentor Police on Tuesday night arrested a man who they say used drugs in the bathroom stall of a major retailer.
AÂ KMart security guard told police he found 22-year-old Kevin Walsh using heroin in a bathroom stall. The guard then contacted the police department, who then arrested the Mentor resident, according to department's Facebook page.
Walsh was arraigned Wednesday in Mentor Municipal Court on the following charges:

- Aggrevated possession of drugs for having 1.3 grams of Heroin, fifth-degree felony.
- Dangerous possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor, for having Gabapentin.
- Possessing drug-abuse instruments for having six syringes. That charge is a secon-degree misdemeanor.
- Possession of drug paraphernalia for having a spoon with residue on it, which is a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
Judge John Trebets set Walsh's bond at 10 percent of $16,000, which was not posted. His preliminary and pre-trial hearing is at 8 a.m. on May 23.
